Star Car Rentals Terms and Conditions

1. All the PAYMENT (Car rent + Pickup and delivery charges + Security deposit) have to be done in advance on the first day of renting the car. Chargers for rent are as per number of days.

2. Valid Driving License and identity proof have to be produced while renting the Car. The Original identify proof will be kept till the vehicle is with the renter.

3. The vehicle should not be taken outside Goa, as per RTO rules, if done all the fine and additional charges will be paid by the renter.

4. Cost of fuel to be borne by the renter. Fuel will be gauge to gauge system, i.e. same amount of fuel has to be returned.Extra fuel incase kept by renter will not be our liability.

5. Car are strictly not allowed to be driven on the beaches in Goa. It is an offence as per the Rules.

6. A photocopy of the driving license must be submitted at the time of rental.

7. Driving license should be minimum 3 years old.

8. Rates are applicable as per calender day basis.

9. A deposit of Rs.3000/- will be collected in advance.

10. In case of higher end models the deposit amount may vary.

11. In case of damage caused to the vehicle the repair cost and how many days car kept for repair in workshop (same as per day charges) has to be borne by the renter.

12. Photography by climbing on roof top, bonnet of the vehicle is strictly prohibited. Any repair costs due to the same to be paid by renter.

13. Parking to be done at Pay parking zone to avoid any damages to car and to avoid inconvenience to local people.

14. Any third party damages or any damages to the car to be paid by renter.

15. Any traffic violations to be paid by the driver.

16. Any damages to the car while in use by the renter, has to informed to us immediately, for getting estimated cost of repair.
